Join us for our family friendly, fun celebration of the festive season! Whether you are 9 or 99, you will wonder at the voices of Castle Primary School Choir, and be astounded by the glorious sound of St Mary’s Church organ on 14 December.
Castle Primary School Choir will perform Christmas songs including ‘Carol of the bells’ which featured in the film ‘Home Alone’, ‘The light will lead me’ and ‘Together at Christmas time’.
Two carols written by current choir members will also feature in the programme: ‘Christmas is Coming’ by Alan Pring and ‘Of a Rose’ by Ian Schofield.
In addition to this Portsmouth Choral Union will sing a selection of old and new, well-known carols and seasonal music. The concert, in time honored tradition, is interspersed with audience carols, so be sure to bring your singing voices along!
