I am delighted to announce an exciting CMS concert in which the Society will be enabling students of the Chichester University Baroque orchestra , directed by Julia Bishop, to take part in a concert with the internationally acclaimed baroque group, Red Priest. The Society is sponsoring a workshop with Red Priest for the students who will then perform the Telemann recorder concerto with the virtuoso soloist Piers Adams as part of the concert on the evening of Friday April 19th at St John’s Chapel.
This is the first in a series of workshop/concerts involving University of Chichester students and professional musicians. Details of further events will be announced in due course.
