Stradivarius Piano Trio “Music inspired by music”

Internationally acclaimed musicians Andrew Bernardi, Maria Marchant and Jonathan Few perform music inspired by the art of Michael Joseph, who will himself be present. Enjoy the special experience with a glass of Nyetimber bubbles in the fabulous setting of Great Eartham House where many other great artists once worked.

Michael’s paintings were in turn inspired by much of the music that you’ll hear in a remarkable Stradivarius arrangement, including Cole Porter’s ‘Anything Goes,’ George Gershwin’s ‘Summertime,’ Tchaikovsky’s ‘Piano Trio,’ Ravel’s ‘Bolero,’ Bob Dylan’s ‘All along the Watchtower’ better known in its Jimi Hendrix version than as a work for a piano trio.

Enjoy the special experience with a complimentary glass of Nyetimber bubbles in the fabulous setting of Great Ballard School Eartham, a beautiful Lutyens-designed country house where many artists have worked including George Romney (1734-1802) whose works are also on show here.
